Every Monday and Wednesday evenings our
training group leaves the car park by the Cricket
Oval in South
Hagley Park at 5.30pm.
You
are invited to come along and join us for
your evening run.
A
training run of 60 - 80 minutes is usually
undertaken. However, there is no compulsion to
cover the full distance. You decide how far you
wish to go.

Should you need further advice, or more
serious
coaching, please make it known and you will be
referred to one of our specialized coaches.
Other training groups will
be made available to you.
